Big Apple BBQ
The Big Apple Barbecue Block Party will celebrate their 10th anniversary this year and from June 9-10, meat lovers from all over the city will flock to Madison Square Park for the annual event. Some of the nation’s top pit masters will be in attendance along with chef’s from local spots that include, Hill Country, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que and Blue Smoke.

Mardi Gras also known as Fat Tuesday is tomorrow. The celebration of Mardi Gras, includes many events that take place on the last night of feasting before Lent begins on Ash Wednesday. Memphis born Justin Timberlake is staying close to his roots in this Southern Hospitality BBQ joint that he owns with partners Eytan Sugarman and Trace Ayala. The restaurant has a full line up of fine pulled pork sandwiches, baby back ribs, BBQ chicken, Southern fried catfish and many other southern favorites.
