The 38th-annual Macy’s Flower Show will have gardens bursting with color, fragrance and imagination. Gardens in Paradise take you away to a bold, lush, tropical world inspired by the vibrant plants and flowers of Brasil. Discover the starkly modern architecture of Oscar Niemeyer’s Brasilia, and be swept away by the curvaceous gardens and swirling mosaic walkways of Roberto Burle Marx. Inside Herald Square, you’ll find a series of specialty gardens, including a special Gucci garden inspired by their new Flora fragrance collection and an interactive kid’s garden presented by Colonial Williamsburg.

The Orchid Show at the New York Botanical Garden is a mesmerizing and sensual affair that treats you to the best of vertical nature. This exhibition, which is one of the largest orchid displays in the nation, offers it’s insight into the mystery of these spectacular flowers. The creative setting by French botanist and artist Patrick Blanc, features exotic plants, epiphytes, ferns and a massive variety of orchids. This wonderful display of plant life is the perfect setting for evening enjoyment at the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory which also includes cocktails.
