Spice Market is a wonderful creation from chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The Asian inspired cuisine imitates dishes from a Vietnamese street market or Thai food stall and the restaurant has outdoor seating but, the inside is definitely worth checking out.

The Lobster Summer Roll with Citrus-Dill Gelee Sriracha Emulsion and Spicy Thai Fried Chicken Wings Asian Pear and Mint are great starters. The Steamed Lobster comes with Butter Fried Garlic Ginger and Dried Chili which is absolutely fabulous for dinner.

The small portions for appetizers at Sea are great because you can share them and they are delivered to your table very quickly. The Tum Tim Fritters, Calimari, and Crispy Duck Salad with chilli-lime sauce are great starters. The Drunk Man Noodles and Queen of Siam Basil are perfect for entrees. If you like it spicy, then go with the latter. A steady flow of house and ambient music with a lot of cool seating, make it a fun place.
