Jay-Z’s 40/40 club located in the Flatiron district is a sports bar and lounge that has more of a club like atmosphere. The club which is currently under renovation should re-open in November.
Jay-Z who happens to be a big sports fan says,
“I love sports and wanted to create an environment that is conducive to my lifestyle, while being able to watch the games at the same time.”
The venue is a fusion of sports and entertainment that has live music, celebrity patrons, and sports memorabilia.
There are serveral VIP rooms for private events. If you are interested in booking a room for a private party or a corporate event you must make a reservation.
