Clearwater’s “Great Hudson River Revival” – Croton Point Park

The Great Hudson River Revival in Croton-on-Hudson is one of the country’s oldest music and environmental festivals. The festival will take place June 21 – 22th, 2014. With a 40-year history supporting grass-roots environmental education, Clearwater’s Great Hudson River Revival hosts a two-day display of music, art, and educational exhibits focused on eco-conscious activities and lifestyles.

In his despair for the Hudson River, folk music legend and environmental activist Pete Seeger wanted to preserve the beauty of the polluted Hudson River by educating people abut the waters of this area. The best way to reach out to the community was through hands on learning, celebration and music. There will be seven stages presenting more than 65 performers in a succession of eco-friendly musical acts
