The Ice Rink at The Rockefeller is Open

It’s time to get those ice skates sharpened and head out to the ice rink at, The Rockefeller. The 2011 season of the ice skating rink at Rockefeller Center opens today and will remain until April 2012. Enjoy one of New York City’s most celebrated attractions that charms New Yorker’s and tourist’s alike.

The world-famous Ice Rink at Rockefeller Center has been a part of the winter tradition in New York for generations. Under the watchful eye of the gilded Prometheus statue and the unique urban backdrop of Rockefeller Center’s sparkling lights, skaters go round and round.

You can skate, then relax and grab a eat at the Rock Center Café, The Sea Grill or Cucina & Co.

The rates for admission and skate rental prices vary through the season.

October and November Schedule
Skate rental: $8 per session

Friday – Sunday & Holidays $14.00

Lunchtime Skating

11:30 am -1pm (excluding holidays)
