Join sake experts and Japanese brew masters as they give you Cocktail demos and increase your knowledge on the pairing of sumptuous sake-friendly snacks. This is Sake 101 and Sake food pairing at its finest. Chris Johnson, Sake Specialist for SakeOne will be on hand to give an in-depth lecture of this eastern elixir. The event takes places October 2 at the stylish Buddakan and is part of Meatpacking Local presented by The Corcoran Group. The event in large is part of the fourth annual Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival, presented by Food & Wine, which takes place September 29 – October 2, 2011.
