Eataly’s La Birreria Rooftop Garden and Brewery

Eataly has now expanded with their very own rooftop brewery and beer garden on the markets 15th floor.

Their 50,000-square-foot space also features multiple restaurants, including a fine-dining Italian steakhouse called Manzo and a Neapolitan pizzeria.

Mario Batali, Joe Bastianich, Lidia Matticchio has fused Italy and America and  created one of the largest artisanal Italian food and wine marketplaces in the world.

The rooftop garden is expected to open on June 3rd, in this Flatiron District market which will offer sit down dining and now a spacious bar. There are dozens of craft bottles and Italian/American drafts on hand.

Batali & co have put together regional platters of cheeses, sausages, and charcuterie, plus other filling dishes like a slow-braised pork shoulder w/ horseradish, fried shiitake mushrooms, and blood sausage.
